Description:

The NRA Pistol Course is a comprehensive program designed to teach the knowledge, skills, and attitude necessary for owning and using a pistol safely. This course covers the NRA Pistol Shooting curriculum and is an instructor-led class with a limited number of students, to ensure each student gets personal attention from instructor(s). This instructor-led course provides hands-on training and covers firearm safety, shooting fundamentals, and more.

The course is comprised of 8 hours of instructions, and includes live fire at a shooting range. The course will cover both semiautomatic pistols and revolvers, and will be tailored to the attendees' firearms, so please let your instructor know in advance which firearms you own and/or want to learn more about.

Upon successful completion and passing of the final exam, you'll receive your NRA Basic Pistol Certificate.

Course Dates and Locations:

(If you don't see a course date that works for you, contact us at service@a2defensetraining.com to request your desired course date. We can also create a private class for your group. A minimum of 5 participants are required to create a private class. One-on-One private teaching available.)

This course consists of a classroom portion and a live fire portion. The classroom portion of this course may take place at our classroom in Lake Forest (22772 Centre Drive, Suite 130, Lake Forest, CA 92630) or Anaheim Hills (5101 E La Palma Ave, Suite 202I, Anaheim Hills, CA 92807). You will receive information about the classroom location prior to class date. You may join the classroom portion of this class via zoom.

The live fire portion of this course involves use of holster and some movement, so this portion must take place at an outdoor shooting range. The live fire portion of this class takes place at Prado Olympic Shooting Park, located at 17501 Pomona Rincon Rd., Chino, CA 91708
